The use of the hand and arm to manipulate objects is a fundamental human skill. These workshops offer the opportunity to repurpose your innate capacity for tool use, and turn it into personal artistic expression. Working with skill toys helps increase our body awareness and proprioception, sharpens our 3d spatial awareness, and improves coordination of the limbs. Manipulation of external objects improves our intuitive understanding of our own personal physics.
